How to edit neon city concept photo in Picsart app?

1. First you need to open the Picsart app.
2. Then click on the pink color plus icon at the bottom of the Picsart app's home page to add the neon city cb background.
3. Then click on add photo to add your own photo.
4. After that you have to erase the background of your photo by clicking on Cut Out option then save.
5. After that click on photo to add light pngs and click on Blend and click on light effect and save.
6. Then your photo editing will be completed and you will have to save the photo.
