How to edit Diwali photo in Picsart app?

1. First open the PicsArt app and click on the plus icon below to add the Diwali background.
2. Then add water background and cut the place of water and set it on top of Diwali photo.
3. Then you have to add the boat png to the water.
4. Then you have to add your own photo and remove the background by clicking on the cutout tool below set in the middle of boat png.
5. Then add bombs png and set it next to your photo.
6. Then you have to add the rocket bomb png and set it in your hand.
